Candidate Privacy Notice

Impact Support Group respects the privacy of individuals who apply for employment, consultancy or other professional opportunities with ISG.

This notice is issued by Impact Support Group, Beirut, Lebanon ("Impact Support Group", "we", "us"), which decides how and why your information is used.

This notice explains how information submitted through our Careers section may be collected and used.

Information We May Collect

When you apply for an opportunity or submit a General Application, we may collect:

• name and contact details;
• country of residence;
• current position;
• professional experience;
• areas of expertise and technical sectors;
• languages;
• willingness and availability to travel;
• preferred working arrangement;
• availability to undertake an assignment;
• CV/resume and information contained within it; and
• other information you voluntarily provide in your application.

How We Use Candidate Information

Candidate information may be used to:

• review your suitability for a specific opportunity;
• consider your profile for relevant future assignments or opportunities;
• communicate with you regarding potential opportunities;
• manage recruitment and consultancy selection processes; and
• comply with applicable legal requirements.

Why We Use Your Information

We use the information you send us to consider you for opportunities at your request, to keep our roster of experts, and to contact you about suitable work. We do this because you have asked to be considered, and because it is in our legitimate interest to recruit and manage a roster of qualified experts. The tick-box on the application form confirms that you have read and understood this notice; it is an acknowledgement, not consent.

General Applications

If you submit a General Application, your information may be considered for future opportunities where your experience appears relevant to the requirements of an assignment.

Submitting a General Application does not guarantee that you will be contacted or selected for an opportunity.

How Your Information Is Handled

Candidate applications submitted through the website may be transmitted to and maintained within ISG's designated communication systems rather than stored permanently within the public website.

Authorized individuals involved in relevant recruitment, consultancy or assignment processes may access candidate information where necessary.

Service Providers and International Processing

We use trusted service providers to help us host, communicate and run our systems. They process information only on our instructions, and may do so in countries other than your own.

Retention

We review each application within 60 days. Applications that are not progressed are kept for no longer than 12 months, and applications we decide not to take forward are deleted after 12 months. If we add you to our expert roster, we ask you to reconfirm every 24 months that you want to stay on it; if you decline or do not respond, we delete your profile and CV within 60 days. Your CV is kept for as long as your profile or application is kept. If you ask us to delete your information, we do so within 30 days of verifying your request. We keep a basic record of administrative actions for up to three years, after which it is made anonymous. Backup copies are removed on the same basis, within 12 months.

Your Rights

You can ask us to give you access to your information, correct it, delete it, or exercise any other right available to you. To do so, or to ask any privacy question, write to info@impactsupportgroup.com. We reply to verified requests within 30 days.
