Impact Support Group is a consultancy firm providing specialized programmatic and human resource solutions across the humanitarian, international development, nonprofit and private sectors.

Programmatic Leadership

ISG's programmatic work is grounded in extensive experience across humanitarian and international development programming, spanning program design and development, research, assessments, monitoring and evaluation, program quality and capacity strengthening.

This experience includes leading and contributing to complex technical assignments, designing and reviewing programs, conducting baseline and endline assessments and evaluations, managing research and data analysis, strengthening program quality, and working with a wide range of stakeholders across humanitarian and development settings.

Human Resource Leadership

ISG's Human Resource Solutions are grounded in more than a decade of international HR leadership across humanitarian and development organizations and complex operating environments.

This experience spans HR strategy and systems, organizational design and transformation, workforce planning, talent acquisition, safeguarding, policy and compliance, compensation, crisis and emergency HR, and organizational transitions across multi-country environments.
